Job description: Curtain Workshop Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Workshop Assistant to join our production team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and finishing stages of curtain making, including cutting and ironing fabrics, ensuring all materials are ready for sewing and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Measure and cut fabric accurately according to work orders and design specifications.
- Iron and prepare fabrics to ensure a professional finish.
- Assist with fabric handling, labeling, and organizing materials.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Support the production team with other general workshop duties as required.

Skills and Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to measure and cut precisely.
- Experience using ironing and cutting tools (training provided if needed).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team.
- Basic understanding of fabrics or textile work is an advantage but not essential.
- Must be available minimum 4 days a week. Minimum 5 hour shifts

Job description: Seamstress

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Seamstress to join our growing production team. This role involves assisting with the sewing and assembly of curtains and other soft furnishings, using industrial sewing machines under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew curtains and related products.
- Assist with fabric preparation, including pinning, hemming, and finishing.
- Work closely with the workshop team to maintain production quality and deadlines.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of sewing machines.
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Skills and Requirements:

- Basic experience operating industrial sewing machines (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and care for quality finishes.
- Willingness to learn and develop sewing skills in a workshop environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Must be available minimum 4 days a week. Minimum 5 hour shifts
