OMG 🤗 things are getting very exciting hubby and I are off to Brisbane tomorrow afternoon to pick up our tow vehicle and caravan. Both preowned but that ok for us.
They will both come in very handy for moving next week into our new house 🤪
I am looking forward to setting up my Thermie in my new kitchen.

Even though the kitchen is not very big the benches are higher and wider then in our current home plus there is cabinets around the top off the kitchen plus a pantry which we dont have in our current house.
Finger tapping here waiting for the days to pass until Settlement day on the 18th August to receive the keys to our new home.

This morning I was productive and whipped up a batch of Anzac Biscuits on Cookidoo with my thermie of course then nipped out for a spot of retail therapy 🤑🤭 now back in the kitchen making Mini Chicken 🐔 Pies off Cookidoo......

Tuesday we went to put the "SOLD" sticker on the for sale sign and have another look around our house.
While we are waiting for Settlement Day we are taking care of a 6 week old baby girl and her brother who is under 2yo.....man what did we do with our days before babies 🤫😂
As they saying goes "Everyday is different"
We haven't been using thermie this week though I have turned it on and looked through Cookidoo and added a few recipes to my Calender.
Bring on the weekend to get creative 👩‍🍳🍯🍽️

Hello sorry I have been absent we have a lot happening right now in our life but I am still here.

Why buy a Thermomix TM7 ???
Well we plan to travel and see more of our amazing country Australia and you have to be careful with the weight you carry in your caravan/tow car or motorhome so because Thermomix TM7 replaces so many appliances I will save space by not needing to take as many appliances, and weight.
Just because we will be travelling doesn't mean we can't have yummy food.

Last night I used my TM7 Slicer to slice potatoes for Potato Bake....silly me didn't turn the blade around to the large slice and grated over half of my potatoes before realising 😅😂
Oh well it still tasted very yummy paired great with Silverside 😋
The recipe is on Cookidoo and is super easy.
