We love that they’re keeping their donation local! We’re thrilled that the Colac Area Health Foundation was their chosen charity for 2025.

What a wonderful start to the judging of this year’s Dalemain Australian Marmalade Awards! Judging began this morning in the quaint Christ Church Hall in Birregurra.

We were delighted to welcome back to judging the Alcohol section, Head Chef Jason White and Restaurant Manager Alex Casey from award winning and acclaimed restaurant 🙌

Judge Ann Marie Primmer joined the committee and fellow judges.
