This rich and creamy blondie recipe is made with ๐๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ฅ๐๐ค๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐๐๐ซ and topped with ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ฎ๐ค๐ค๐๐ก๐ซ for the perfect finish!
INGREDIENTS
- 120g butter
- 150g brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 large egg (room temp)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Topping
- 1 cup plain flour
- 40g Snowflake Chocolate Powder
- ยฝ cup optional extras like chocolate chips, toasted nuts or dried fruit
- Sprinkle of Blueberry Bliss Dukkah
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180ยฐC.
Line dish with baking paper.
Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat โ allow to cool slightly.
Whisk warm butter into brown sugar until blended, then add egg and Vanilla Topping and stir until smooth.
Add flour and Chocolate Powder, stirring until well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips and any additional add-ins like nuts or dried fruit (if using).
Spread batter evenly in baking dish, pressing into corners.
Sprinkle with Dukkah and bake for 20-22 minutes, until edges look dry.
Sprinkle with more Dukkah and cool to room temperature before removing from dish.
Cut into squares to serve.
Final result should be dense, rich and fudgy.
