Our daycare is closing, and some of the educators have truly been part of our village and loved our twins like their own.

On their last day, we baked them some cookies to say thanks for you. 🍪❤️

It felt like the least we could do for everything they’ve done for us.

To every educator who shows up and genuinely cares, thank you. You matter more than you probably know. 💕

The first cut into warm brie, honey and fig spilling out, is the whole reason I make this one.

It’s the dish you can prep without adding to the chaos of hosting, and there’s no stress wondering if it’ll land. It will.

People are going to taste this and go “whoa.”

Fig, honey, toasted walnuts, brown butter and thyme, twenty minutes.

This one’s part of my upcoming workshop, and honestly, my favourite part isn’t even the recipes. It’s the community around it, a warm, welcoming space where you get to connect with me and other like-minded women, share your wins, and ask me baking questions.
