I know Cookidoo is one of the best features of the TM7, however… never be scared of manual cooking! It opens so many more recipe’s.

I took the VJ Cooks recipe for chocolate banana cake and followed the Better Than Sara Lee banana cake method to whip this baby up!!

Family was very impressed, they couldn’t get enough!

My tip is if you find a traditional recipe, find a similar Thermomix recipe to guide your method in the Thermomix.

Let me know if you try this and if you have any traditional recipe recommendations!

I am a creature of habit.. but I haven’t cooked this one in a while!!! It will now be back on the rotation, all the bowls were licked clean… Soooo good!!

Veg Loaded Spaghetti Bake
Chicken avocado and Tuna Avocado Sushi

No one is going hungry 😅 although I hope the fish are!

OMG… so delicious and so easy!!! Add this to your weeknight quick dinner list…

Guided cooking is just that.. a guide! I used a brown onion instead of shallots, chilli flakes insted of fresh chilli, skipped the fish sauce, used a jar of Thai red curry paste, chicken stock powder instead of fresh chicken stock and a zucchini not pak choy…. It was still amazing!

Don’t let made from scratch ingredients stop you from trying recipes.. when you just don’t have time, do what works for you!

Kids gave it 8/10.. a bit too spicy but they loved it!
