'Appleby Farm my new fabric collection. I grew up in the farming community of Oberon in NSW, Australia. The bush and farming have always been very close to my heart, holding very fond memories of the quiet hum of life. Years later, the farming community it is still my favourite place to be, so wanted to capture this in a fabric collection. I have used the warm tones of the bush, the subtle greens, beiges and browns, along with the blues, pinks, reds and purples you find in gum leaves. In this collection I have used wheat, the check of the farmers shirts, birds flying in the sky, and all manner of farm animals, along with paraphernalia you find on every farm.' ~ Anni
