We’re searching for someone who:
• Has florist experience & qualifications
• Loves creating organic, unique and whimsical bouquets
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Has a warm, friendly and positive attitude
• Can work independently and within a supportive team
• Has a current driver's licence
• Can work early mornings

At Dear Petal, we’re passionate about creating beautiful flowers while delivering a caring and welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

We are seeking a florist who is passionate, reliable, and genuinely invested in floristry. We’re looking for the right fit, not just filling a position. If you share this passion and you’d love to be part of our growing team, we’d love to hear from you 🌿

We’re a small but mighty team of florists who pour every bit of love we have into every single arrangement — and because of that, our stock is genuinely limited.

We cannot guarantee flowers will be available on Sunday morning, so if you want to make sure Mum has the most beautiful blooms on her doorstep this Mother’s Day, now is the time to lock it in. 💐

Every petal we arrange and every bouquet we create is made with love, but none of it would be possible without YOU!

Your support has helped us bloom, grow, and fill the world with color—and for that, we are endlessly grateful.
