Slight rant warning
I just tried to call a business for something I need - to make sure it was in stock because I am time poor and their online inventory isn’t always correct. Let’s pretend it was Officeworks ( it really was officeworks ).

AI answered the phone , told me to tell it what I wanted , it SPOKE OVER ME ( pet hate) when I was explaining what I wanted. It couldn’t answer me , put the call through to a human, no one answered and then the AI told me no one was available and hung up on me.

At our shop the people who work there are the artists. They will help you any way they can. We accept cash. Over 95 percent of the products in the shop are hand made locally.
