Today, after a five-month journey by sea, our two new 3D printers have finally arrived from Berlin. Installation is scheduled to begin next week, and with this addition, MANTO Design will become the largest 3D printing facility in Australasia.

A custom-made sofa with specially printed upholstery for a specialist dental surgery in Brisbane is ready to leave our factory. Custom furniture can really enhance the atmosphere of a space, especially in a dental surgery where comfort is key. The unique upholstery will surely make a great impression on patients. Dentists had always the issue with moving the intra-oral scanners from one surgery to the other resulting sometimes the scanner to fall on the ground. It's hard to find any suitable medical trolley than the ugly, large aluminium ones. So we designed and manufactured now a prototype trolley that holds securely the scanner's base and has a smart internal cable management. The drawers are handy to store tips and other scanning related consumables and instruments. The material used is certified for use in medical and can be made in any colours. Even the clinic logo could be printed on the front. We are now also working on a custom made trolley for laser devices.

We installed a custom made cupboard wardrobe on an empty wall in a walk-in-robe for a client in Calypso Bay. The wardrobe was designed according to the clients sketch. After the client's approval of the digital design and photo rendering, the wardrobe was made in our factory in Brisbane (MANTO Design) using a complete digital workflow. Special feature is the integrated working desk with a pop-up power point and USB board.
