Congratulations to my client, Brother Wang, for finally receiving BA approval for the garage-to-granny-flat conversion! 🎉

Because this project involved turning an old garage into a granny flat, waterproofing and termite protection were major focus points during the approval process. Everyone put in so much effort — well done and thank you ❤️
