Last nights dinner was 🔥
Another set and forget staple with the TM6 having a slow cooker function built in and then it shreds the brisket so it’s all ready to go! Even more, I cooked this in some homemade taco seasoning and BBQ sauce, staples in our home.

This has to be a fave in our house. It took 2 minutes to prep these before setting and forgetting to steam in the thermomix for 20 minutes. Served with some oven roast veggies, dinner was done whilst I smashed out a quick workout.

I had such a fun time making this version of ‘not’ butter chicken and naan. Recipe courtesy of yours truly, the fabulous Nik from skinnymixers! This was super tasty and full of veggies. I would never attempt such a recipe of strong Indian flavours or even naan bread but the thermie makes it super easy! And I had stacks of leftovers 😍
