This and that.

That’s the name of the cafe I went to in New Farm today.

I love supporting small local businesses, to the point that I actively avoid any big chains or airport style shopping destinations.

I prefer to shop where I can meet the owner and get a sense of who they are. It’s about spending thoughtfully by supporting ethical businesses.

This delicious Raspberry & White chocolate muffin was made on the premises by the onsite chef and you can taste the difference.👌

I like my coffee strong, so this too was perfect. 💪

The neighbouring small businesses are ones to support too, from French cuisine at a drink at take away at movies at and gifts and interior treasures at this little corner has a lot to offer.

Whether we’re taking about property sales or real life issues, elevating feminine values -such as empathy and collaboration - means we can start creating a more equitable, inclusive and peaceful world. ✌️

That’s why I’m looking forward to seeing my female friends and meeting other wonderful women at our Galentine’s gathering at at 6pm tonight. Walk-ups welcome.
