🎨 We’re Hiring a Store Manager! 🎨

Plaster Fun House is looking for a friendly, reliable and confident Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our plaster painting studio in Carina.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fun, creative and family-focused environment. You’ll support staff, manage daily operations and help create memorable experiences for our customers.

✨ About the Role
As our Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the studio, supporting staff, and ensuring every customer has a memorable experience.

🕒 Hours
• Part-time role
• Thursday – Sunday
• 9:00am – 5:00pm (a 3-day arrangement may be considered for the right candidate, with availability on at least one weekend day)

🖌️ Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily store operations
• Lead, train and support casual staff
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage bookings, stock and basic admin
• Maintain a welcoming, clean and organised studio
• Create a positive, fun atmosphere for customers and staff

🌈 We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Has leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality or kids’ activities ideal)
• Is confident, organised and reliable
• Enjoys working with children and families
• Can multitask and maintain calm in a busy, creative environment
• Is available to work weekends and school holidays
