WE ARE ON AGAIN THIS FRIDAY 18th SEPTEMBER @8:30 … Bconnected networking at the Glen Hotel Eight Mile Plains

Does this sound like a good idea …

* Connect with others in the room as a means of getting to know others more personally as a first step versus plunging right in to ‘business’ … and no, you are not required to pass around business cards upon arrival
* You are invited to share and collaborate with others
* There is no cost to attend or expectation to buy a meal

If the above sounds like you then you are invited to come along to our regular BconnectedWorld network meeting this Friday morning at The Glen Hotel Eight Mile Plains, where you will meet people who value quality over quantity, learning and sharing over pushing.

Our education topic this week focuses on masterminding the 60 second elevator pitch, something most of us spend so much time and energy working on but always struggle to get it ‘just right’. Through masterminding we can help each other with ideas around how we can each make our 60 second pitch provide value for both ourselves and those it is directed to.

The meeting details …

* Friday 18th September 8:30 am - 10:00 am
* The Glen Hotel Eight Mile Plains
* Cost …None (but if you want to support the venue feel free to order a coffee or whatever your taste buds need in the morning)

If you want to know more feel free to DM me here. Alternatively, here is the link for you to register for the meeting.

So, if you are ready for a fresh approach to networking we are ready to welcome you to our group. Will we see you this Friday?

Well, another great Bconnected meeting this morning at The Glen.

Both members and visitors today enjoyed lively discussion around repurposing content along with an opportunity to browse articles on the Education Table and time to chat 1-1 about their businesses and share insights around potential collaborations.

All round, a good use of time and energy for all.

And … it all happens again next Friday (18th September). We would love to have you join us, so if you see value in that please feel free to DM me here for more details.

Well, another great Bconnected meeting at Mt Gravatt yesterday. Small group, but very big on SUPPORT, LEARNING, SHARING.

Today we chatted about AI as well as elevator pitches. Personally I gained quite a bit out the discussion.

A question for you … if you were to go to a networking meeting, what is the one thing you would most love to have addressed.

Love to read your ideas … who knows, your idea may well help us better serve the needs of our members and guests … and that is pure gold for a group that prides itself on being there for its members at every step of their journey with us.

A question for the business owners out there … why would you go to a network meeting?

Is it because …

* You like having to give referrals out to others?
* You love having business cards pushed at you?
* It is great to meet someone for the first time only to have them ask you to do their program?
* You love having to pay for a meal you didn’t want or need in the first place?

What would it be like to go to a network meeting where …

* there is no cost to attend or expectation to buy a meal?
* You are not required to pass around business cards upon arrival?
* You are included in regular education sessions around various business topics?
* You are invited to share and collaborate with others?
* Connecting with others in the room is a more important first step than pushing for business?

Another great meeting this morning at Bconnected Mt Gravatt.

There was no escaping the quality of conversation that flowed throughout the meeting. A range of topics were discussed that allowed members to provide and receive positive input.

And … it is all happening again next Friday (21st). When added to our regular mastermind and 1-1 networking sessions, always part of our meeting agenda, what more could you ask for … learning, sharing, connecting, collaborating all in one place and at one time.

This will not a meeting to be missed … so will we see you there?

IT’S ON AGAIN TOMORROW (FRIDAY 8:30 AM AT THE GLEN HOTEL)

So … if you are up for connecting without spammy networking why not come along and join us.

Let’s be honest: standard networking meetings are usually just rooms full of people pitching to a room full of people who aren't buying. It's exhausting, transactional, and rarely works.

BCONNECTED DOES THINGS DIFFERENTLY.

We don't care about making a quick sale today. We focus on building your "Trust Tank"—a strong network of fellow business owners who get to know, respect, and trust you enough to refer clients to you for the next decade.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR WEEKLY MEETINGS

We’ve structured our online sessions to deliver real connections, actionable strategy, and collective wisdom:
Organic Connections: We kick things off with unscripted, open conversations. No awkward elevator scripts—just genuine dialogue to see who you naturally click with.
The Trust Tank: Introduce yourself, your business, and—most importantly—the exact type of contact or referral you need to grow right now.
The Lesson: : We spend 10 minutes learning a new way to work smarter, not harder. We share what’s working right now in the real world.
The Mastermind Help Desk: One member puts a tough business challenge on the table, and the entire room puts their heads together to solve it. Tap into the power of experienced minds and expand your business expertise.
The Deep Dive: We break into small groups to talk shop and find ways to help each other move the needle.

More Than Just a Meeting—It’s Business Education.

Come for the connections, stay for the growth. Join us for our next session and experience what real, collaborative networking feels like.

Reserve Your Seat Here for Friday 7th August 8:30 am to 10:00 am at the Glen Hotel Eight Mile Plains.
