Brookfield. A home built into the hillside, where timber, concrete and stone frame the view and the window treatments do the quiet work of softening it.
Poly-linen sheers move with the breeze along the lower level, sitting within a single, continuous recess track concealed in the joinery. It runs the full length of the downstairs play & fitnes space, with multiple free-flow drops and not a bracket or a break in sight. Upstairs, the sheers wrap the corner of the main bedroom on a 13mm recess track, so the light comes through soft and the ceiling line stays clean.
On the covered terrace, motorised roller blinds lower to cut the glare and keep the outlook, all controlled at the touch of a button.
The best window treatments are the ones you feel before you notice them.
