Prawn curry, cauliflower rice and fresh bread rolls.
Yummity yum yum!

One of my demo hosts on the weekend decided a prawn curry instead of chicken curry was going to be the best choice. She was right! Perfectly cooked prawns in the creamy curry sauce was an absolute hit.

I’m always changing recipes to suit my tastes or what’s in the fridge. Are you a ‘strictly by the recipe’ cook or a ‘fly by the seat of your pants’ cook?

We have soooo many limes from our backyard tree, so Lime Curd is on the to do list today. Delicious and so quick to make in the Thermomix®. I used the 1300g batch recipe to get 4 jars which will be gifted away yo my fellow citrus lovers.

6 limes down, about 50 to go 😂 I’m looking for new recipes to use them up - do you have any suggestions?

Moroccan beef with cous cous 🇲🇦

I’m trying to cook as much from my pantry/freezer as possible instead of buying extra things just for one recipe - so I subbed as follows:

🥩 No lamb ➡️ used beef
🍑No dried apricots ➡️ used sultanas
🥜No slivered almonds ➡️ used tamari almonds
🌿No fresh coriander ➡️ used ground coriander & spinach

Cooking with Thermomix® is (almost) as good as travelling around the world 🌏 and just as tasty!

Like a hug in a bowl 🤗

🍐Pear and cinnamon porridge
Creamy and delicious, this will be in the brekky menu more as the weather cools down.

When my kids were little this was on high rotation; hands-free cooking meant I couldn’t burn the oats in the pan when I was wrangling the little ones and multi-tasking in the mornings 😂
