In the lead up to Anzac Day, our pick of the week is rosemary, a traditional symbol of remembrance and commemoration for those who served Australia in wars, conflicts and peace operations.

The wearing of rosemary sprigs on Anzac Day is a tradition that stems from the rosemary bushes that grow wild on the Gallipoli peninsula and are often pinned to lapels or medals in memory of the fallen.
