In celebrating the 100th Flower Club this month we also have to celebrate the wonderful Flower Clubbers!!!

Thank you for all your support and for the wonderful inspiration you bring to the Flower Club Community. I love seeing your creations every month and I just had to share them!

The aim of Flower Club was to bring joy and brightness into your home along with the chance to get creative and have some well deserved me time.

We all know how creative projects and learning new skills can boost our well-being - even if some of those skills are tricky at first (or the 100th time) and through the activity we are finding "who we are as a person" (Flower Clubbers will know what I mean!) - we find ourselves with something beautiful, that we crafted and gives joy at the end.

Look at all these fabulous arrangements our Flower Clubbers made for the August box! Some have been here for the 100, some in-between, and others it was their first - each arrangement is stunning.

No matter the ability you think you have, the support you receive through the Flower Club community and the demonstration you follow will guide you step by step all the way through - and you too will be able to humble-brag "I made that".

So if you're needing a well-being/creativity boost look out for the next Flower Club box - first Friday of September which is the 4th - and share in the joy of flowers.

As August is coming to an end and the days start to lengthen and warmth seeps back in we start looking forward to Spring!

Looking at past September Flower Clubs you can feel the joyful special blooms, full of colour and cheer, that tell us Spring is here!

The “key to happiness” is not a single entity, but rather a combination of factors, including strong relationships, a sense of purpose, and practicing gratitude. It also involves taking care of your physical and mental health, learning new things, and being mindful of the present moment. Ultimately, happiness is a journey of self-discovery and growth, rather than a destination.

Flower Club is about going slower, taking time to relax and breathe. This beautiful box of blooms is more than just a flower arrangement, it is a wellbeing activity, an active meditation. Time carved out of busy days to be creative, to move mindfully, to indulge and delight the senses.

Delivered on the first Friday of the month our next delivery is August.

Did you know that most blokes will only ever receive one bunch of flowers in their lifetime?

And sadly, that's usually at their funeral.

Next week is Men's Health Week, and it's a timely reminder that sometimes the smallest gestures can mean the most.

So here's a challenge. Buy the bloke in your life a bunch of flowers.

No birthday. No anniversary. No special occasion. Just because.

Whether it's your husband, partner, dad, brother, mate, son, or workmate, let them know they're appreciated while they're here to hear it.
