The last day in Germany with our personlised tour guide (Conor), we spent admiring the gorgeous Bavarian countryside, climbing very steep mountains to get fabulous views and this very famous castle called Schloss Neuschwanstein (only took me a week to get that one right)

I was supposed to post a Throwback Thursday but I’ve been slightly distracted being on a fabulous vacation…

Anyhoo this glorious piece I created almost 2 years ago reminded me how I was so inspired by my holiday.

I wonder what ideas I’ll come back with this time.
I have just visited an extremely flamboyant Baroque style palace so you never know.

Here I’ve applied MINT by michelle decoupage paper Geisha and reversed Geisha in A3 size.

I am absolutely obsessed with this new mould from IOD - Iron Orchid Designs called “Charlbury Lane”.

I am really going to go a bit crazy with this one and “Old Colchester Road” mould.

This time I’ve gone a little ornamental glam and looks fabulous with some candles or pixie lights behind it.

Just in case you’re wondering where I am, we’ve just spent the last 3 days catching up with some very special friends in Gloucester and the Cotswolds and then had a fabulous afternoon/evening in Grimsby with the one and only Jonathon Marc Mendes-Painted Love and Denis.

The weather has been absolutely gorgeous so far but now we’re heading to not so barmy Scotland.
