Parents and Caregivers - We are now taking orders for our gorgeous End of Year teacher gifts.

Our Succulent Planters are tastefully decorated & presented and include a swing tag with the message “Thank you for helping me grow!”

This year we are also offering the option to create a custom message on the swing tag if you prefer.

We also have a range of individual swing tags and cards starting from $2.50
