A little glimpse into what we’ll be creating in my upcoming workshop 🌿✨

These mini botanical “stamp” paintings are one of my favourite ways to slow down, simple, calming, and really satisfying to build up layer by layer.

This workshop is designed to be super beginner-friendly, with gentle guidance and a cosy, relaxed feel. No pressure, just a couple of hours to sit, paint, and enjoy the process 💛

🌿 Cosy Art Club – a little update 🌿

I’ve had a really lovely start to the year, spending time painting outdoors and guiding relaxed watercolour workshops inspired by coastal landscapes. There’s something so special about slowing down, observing what’s around us, and letting the paint do its thing — imperfect, expressive, and full of quiet moments.

I’m feeling very grateful for the beautiful groups I’ve painted with recently and the gentle, encouraging energy that always seems to show up in these creative spaces ✨

🌿 My first workshop of 2026 🌸

I spent a beautiful morning painting botanicals with a full, kind-hearted group, slowing down, observing real florals (Thank you Helena Rose), and exploring gentle watercolour techniques to capture essence rather than perfection.

I’m always reminded how powerful it is to make space for creativity, curiosity, and quiet connection, and how unique each person’s expression becomes when they’re given permission to explore in their own way.

Feeling very grateful to be starting the year with such warmth and creativity 💛

I’ve started 2026 in full creative swing! New Year’s Day was spent enjoying relaxed watercolours with friends, and now I’m in Indonesia learning the beautiful art of batik. For a few days I’m soaking up inspiration in lush Bali—wandering through the colors and textures of Ubud while discovering the intricate process of traditional batik making.

It’s been a joyful reminder to slow down, try new things, and fill the creative cup.

I’m really looking forward to bringing that energy home and hosting my first workshop of the year on 24 January—botanical themed, cozy, and welcoming as always. I can’t wait to craft with you all soon 🌿🎨
