Meet Ani

If you’ve spent any time in the studio, you’ll know Ani for her big smile, bright energy and bubbly personality. She brings so much joy into the room and is always ready to give something new and go.

She never shies away from a challenge and is often the first person to say yes! Whether it’s learning something new, getting stuck into a task or discovering an interesting new flower. As spring arrives, Ani is loving all the beautiful colours it brings and is always curious about what flowers she’ll see each day. She looks up to her mum and lives by the piece of advice we love: “Always hold your life’s steering wheel in your own hands.”

We’re so lucky to have Ani as part of Team BB and can’t wait to see all the things she’ll achieve along the way.

With its vibrant red blooms and striking architectural shape, the Waratah makes a statement wherever it’s used. Native to south eastern Australia, it’s traditionally associated with strength, resilience and beauty.

Meet Madina

One of the things we love most about getting to know our trainees is hearing about their dreams, experiences and people that inspire them.
For Madina, moving forward means trying new things, even when they feel difficult, and learning to see mistakes as opportunities to grow.
She’s currently studying to become a dental assistant, with her sights set on becoming a dentist one day, taking it one step at a time.
When we asked Madina who she admires most, she spoke about her mum and older sister, who have shown her the importance of strength, patience and caring for others.
Her advice? Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. Take something from them, learn and use it to become better. 🤍
