Big, golden, chewy ANZAC biscuits… but make them bakery style
These are thick, buttery, and perfectly crisp on the edges with a deliciously chewy centre. And yes… they’re huge.

Ingredients
110g rolled oats
150g plain flour
160g brown sugar
80g shredded coconut
125g butter
25g golden syrup
1 tsp bicarb soda
2 tbsp boiling water
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line tray.
2. Mix oats, flour, sugar, coconut.
3. Melt butter + golden syrup.
4. Stir bicarb + boiling water into butter (it foams).
5. Pour into dry mix. Combine.
6. Scoop large balls (95–100g) onto tray.
7. Bake 12 mins.
