We’ve had a little request from the lovely Tracey, our serial workshop attender…and a spare Saturday, so we thought, why not?! 🥰

The lovely Tracey asked us to show her how to transform a boring old terracotta plant pot into something gorgeous for her seasonal gifts… we obviously couldn’t say no! 🥰 🎨🌿

HELP! WE HAVE A LAMPSHADE PROBLEM… 😂💡

The lampshade production has officially begun, with 7 individual, completely bespoke lampshades made and even MORE being finished today! 🥰

And now we’ve discovered a slight problem…

How on earth do we display them all?! 😂

Darren has been attempting to hang them, but they’re going wonky… because apparently getting a lampshade to hang straight is a skill neither of us currently possesses. Arrrgh! 🤷‍♀️

So we’re now on the lookout for lamp bases, vintage, old, ugly, beautiful, weird, wonderful, working or absolutely not working… we really don’t care! 😂

But before I start buying every lamp base I see on Marketplace, I thought I’d ask you clever lot…

Handcrafted, hand-painted & completely one-of-a-kind. 💚

Gosh I love Daisies! 🌸 They just make everything feel instantly happy & nostalgic! One of SEVEN bespoke lampshades I managed to finish yesterday (perhaps the ten I had hoped for was a little ambitious lol)

Painted in the gorgeous Annie Sloan Florence, finished with the sweetest vintage-inspired floral Daisy trims… AND there’s only one of these little beauties in the whole world! 😂🌼

I’m kind of leaning towards the pink…💕

After over TWO YEARS of talking about it, I’ve finally started on my bespoke lampshade collection today! 🙌🏻✨

So, fingers crossed, by Monday there’ll be at least TEN adorable, pretty & simply awesome styles ready for you to come and admire… or, even better, take home! 😃💕🤞🏻

It feels rather lovely to finally see an idea that’s been sitting in my head for so long becoming a reality, & I’m SO excited to finally see this little collection come to life! ✨

Workshops are such a wonderful way to come together, learn new skills, get creative, and connect with like-minded people...
