🔨 EXPERIENCED INSTALLER WANTED – KEAST SHUTTERS & BLINDS

Keast Shutters & Blinds is looking for an experienced fitter/installer to join our growing team, servicing Bundaberg and surrounding areas.

MONDAY–FRIDAY AVAILABILITY IS ESSENTIAL.

We have ample ongoing work and are looking for committed, reliable workers who can show up Monday to Friday and take pride in delivering quality installations.

Experience preferred in:
• Plantation shutters – PVC, aluminium & hardwood
• Roller blinds & full media blackout systems
• External Zipscreens & awnings
• Curtains/sheers and other window furnishings an advantage

Related trades are encouraged to apply, particularly:
• Carpenters
• Cabinet makers
• Experienced tradespeople with strong measuring, fixing and finishing skills

💰 Package includes:
• Pay rate negotiated based on skill & experience
• Superannuation
• Commissions
• Performance bonuses
• Work vehicle
• Saturday work available for those wanting additional hours

Sales experience is a bonus but is not required.

⚠️ Experienced fitters only please — or applicants from related trades with the skills to transition into professional window furnishing installation.

And while the team has been busy installing, we’ve also added another 15 Zipscreens sold this week.

At the moment, our business seemingly goes from one Zipscreen to the next and we’re absolutely loving it.

The volume we’re now completing means our team knows these systems intimately: how they should be measured, how they should be installed, and how they need to perform once they’re on your home.

That takes us to 7 Zipscreens installed this week, with another 2 going in tomorrow — 9 completed for the week.

And rumour has it another 81 items were delivered this morning ready for upcoming installs… so I guess it’s time to go put the new forklift through its paces 😂🙏

Sneaky little 16 PVC shutter install day for the Keast team 😏🔥

Spread across 3 separate install sites, with 6 quotes completed along the way to round out another solid day.

Today’s installs featured everything from face-fit PVC shutters through to a custom face-fit bay window, all finished with the quality and attention to detail our customers have come to expect.

And, of course, every install is backed by the usual Keast warranties and workmanship guarantee.
