Alex at Bundy Brakes & Automotive asked me to make him a led sign. So I took the opportunity to use LED sign standoffs for the first time on an acrylic edgelit sign, It was also the biggest edgelit sign I've ever made with it measuring 1200mm wide x 600mm high.
Figuring out how to install it was a bit head scratching initially, but pleased to report there are no holes in counter that shouldn't be there🙂

This week, some Yetis, a House number and installation accessories, a sign for a friends house and a rustic stencil memorial plaque, that whilst I didn't cut it out, I did do all the bridging design work on it to ensure no pieces would fall out once Jason cut it out. I even did a prototype out of plywood for my own piece of mind. Oh, and i also threw in a pic of one of my attempts to perfect the art of engraving on stainless steel 😁 sign

A few random pics of jobs from the last week including an acrylic warning sign and some acrylic labels for HNA electrical. An engraved shed sign on anodised aluminium with a matching tumbler, a Batman themed cooler, a Bluey themed nightlight and some acrylic templates used for making bags.

Occasionally a job comes along that absolutely kicks your butt, and this was definitely one of them.
As obviously, when doing a memorial to someone who meant a lot to people. You should hopefully want to do the best job you possibly can.
Anyhow, it might have taken approx 10 attempts to get the photo to stand out on a metallic surface but i think i got there in end, and it's cool to know that it will be placed near the top of Western Australia

Just had my parents stay with us for a week, and whilst they were here, my mother collaborated with Ai for first time ever to make a design featuring Australian native plants.
I then proceeded to engrave her design onto her first ever yeti😁
