Over the last few years, i have read countless posts about businesses closing. Unfortunately, my time is coming. I decided this a while ago, but writing this post, my heart is pounding like it's really real now.
Things have been heading downhill for frayed knots, and it's just not a viable option for me to continue with it. I'm going to continue until all stock has sold (at the rate it's going, I'll still be open in 10 years 😅) but I won't be purchasing any more stock. I have sold out of a few things, and some colours are very limited, but there is still a lot of stock of everything else.
I'll still be on socials. You can still purchase on etsy or directly from me. Everything will be like normal until all stock has sold.
Frayed knots started 9 years ago. As a sahm, i just wanted to make enough to pay for the groceries every week 😂 i never imagined it turning into what it did!
It has been such a huge part of my life. It wasn’t just about the knots and cord. It gave us freedom and flexibility to live our lives the way we wanted, outside the "norm." It allowed us to travel and to experience amazing things, and for that, i will always be so grateful.
I’m so thankful to everyone who has supported me, purchased from me, shared my work, or simply encouraged me along the way. It truly meant more than you know. ###
