* FLOOD UPDATE Wednesday 11th March *

After a mammoth couple of days trying to clear as much as possible from our shed, Noyes is well and truly underwater.

Boyd and I are so grateful to those who have helped already, those who have sent messages of support and those who have offered assistance once the cleanup can begin. We are hopeful that the community will come together once again so that others affected will feel the same support during this devastating time.

Our phone line has been diverted to a backup and we are hoping to set up a temporary office space in coming days so we can respond to customer messages and emails.

Our office, factory and onsite services will be UNAVAILABLE due to ongoing weather warnings and the need to prepare accordingly.
Our main phone (including voicemail) and computer system is DOWN as a result.
Customers with bookings for coming days will be contacted as soon as possible - we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Alternatively please send us an email or facebook message with details of your enquiry. Messages and emails will be actioned where possible, given our very limited access to our systems.

Due to current weather and concerns for staff safety, we have had to close our office and factory for the afternoon. If you have any enquiries, voicemails and emails will be actioned upon our return. We are hopeful to resume business tomorrow.

Please also note that after hours service is extremely limited over this period as Boyd + Aimee are due to welcome their first child in December and will be taking time for family. 🙂
