Final site visit at Namara this morning. A gorgeous home filled with light and views to die for. Our goal was to create something timeless, practical and minimal, that let the architecture speak for itself. The perfect family home, with a space for everyone but a beautiful sense of connection.

Luxury Isn't Neutral.

While the current trend favors soft white and light oak, true high-end design makes a statement that lasts beyond the season.

For Clyda, we've deliberately opted for a bold and enduring palette—deep, grounded textures paired with saturated colour choices.

The one that got away... or did it? 🤔

We designed this incredible rooftop concept a couple of years ago overlooking Tugun Beach.

The bad news? ❌ It never got built. The good news? ✅ We are back at the drawing board for the exact same spot, and the new vision is even better.

We are taking the luxury up a notch. Instead of just a pool, imagine a complete private wellness sanctuary on the third floor: 🧊 Cold Plunge 🧖‍♀️ Sauna & Steam Room 🌊 Rooftop Pool with those same epic ocean views

Sometimes a delay is just a blessing in disguise. 🚀

Quiet design, loud memories. 🤍🌿

For our Namara kitchen, we stripped everything back. The lines are clean, the joinery is minimal, and the clutter is hidden away.

Why? Because a home shouldn't fight for attention. We designed this space to be a calm, practical canvas—framing that incredible garden view so that the real colour comes from the people inside.

This space is just waiting for the messy breakfasts, the late-night conversations, and the laughter that will truly bring it to life.

Site tour on a perfect Gold Coast day. ☀️🏗️

Couldn’t resist dropping by our upcoming sites last week. From the skyline views at Clyda in Burleigh Heads to the waterfront tranquility of Namara in Broadbeach Waters, and the coastal charm of Sabbia and Sienna in Palm Beach—these locations are just unmatched.

It might look like dirt and concrete right now, but the vision for these spaces is incredible. We are laying the groundwork for some serious luxury coming in 2026.

Can’t wait to watch these rise from the ground up!

Brisbane supplier trip | photo dump

In 2 days I met with 9 suppliers and visited 6 showrooms

Looking for new products and great suppliers

I love chatting with reps, asking them what the best sellers are, what shift they see happening with trends and styles, finding out how to design for the right market, making sure I design spaces that will be relevant by the time a project is finished is crucial to the success of developments.

And of course any excuse to sneak in a nice dinner 🥖
