This design leans into a moody palette. Deep stone, rich timber and warm gold.

Finestone's Black Forest Gold and walnut Australian Timber Ceilings set the foundation, while Terra Mater's Chalet oak and Choices Flooring's Keil 009 carpet bring warmth underfoot.

Ruby subway tiles, Casamance's Fibra and Manade fabrics and Shapes of Beauty's Shimmering Cork add colour over Dulux Namadji EB and Haymes whites.

Armando Vicario's Lumiere collection in light gold leads the design, with Clipsal's Brushed Gold switches, Abey Schock's Bronze sinks and Water Art's bronze glass adding warm contrast.

Kitchens designed to be lived in ✨

Revisiting our Mermaid Waters bungalow kitchen, where natural light and considered selections meet everyday living.

A Quantum Zero benchtop in Verona Gold was chosen for its durability and understated tone.

Polytec Prime Oak Woodmatt cabinetry adds warmth, with Bella Vista tapware, an Abey Schock granite sink and a Zip HydroTap G5 keeping the bench free from clutter.

Bathrooms with character ✨

In our Ho**er Boulevard renovation in Broadbeach Waters, custom timber vanities sit against Botticino porcelain tiles that bring quiet texture to the walls. Spanish feature tiles add a layer of character to each space.

Lucent Progressive Gold tapware runs through both rooms, a warm, consistent detail that ties the palette together.

In one bathroom, an arched, backlit mirror casts a soft, ambient glow over the vanity. Our specification also included additional lighting design throughout, layering light for a finish that feels calm, refined and quietly luxurious.

Every selection was made to work as part of a considered whole, and our clients couldn't have been happier with the result.

This kitchen was designed to feel effortless within an elevated, considered home. Natural stone carried from the benchtop into the splashback, custom timber joinery grounding the room, and floor-to-ceiling glazing that fills the space with natural light.

It's part of the villa that shattered local dual-occupancy price records with a combined $7.1 million sale result, with our team working closely with the builder to deliver a cohesive material palette across both residences.
