SALES POLICY
► SERVICE
Our service is only online, facebook, whatsapp and instagram, or by email: [email protected]. We do not provide telephone or face-to-face service, our studio works only for production.
► PAYMENT METHODS
As these are custom products, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon ordering . The balance should be paid on pick
up day. Payment can be in cash or bank transfer
IMPORTANT: The delivery period only starts after payment confirmation. Ex: If payment is confirmed today, counting starts tomorrow, or the next business day. We give the customer a period of up to 4 working days to make the payment (after the order), after which the order will be cancelled.
► Pick-up only
At the moment we are not working with delivery, we are working hard to offer this convenience to our customers in the near future. Pick-ups are from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 2:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 6 pm.
► PRODUCTION
All customized products are produced to order, production only starts after payment confirmation. Delivery times are from 3 to 10 working days. Each product has a production time, check what would be the deadline for your product. Our products are handcrafted, so they are subject to small differences between the pieces. We produce everything manually with care and love.
● The artwork layout will be sent for approval within 5 working days after payment confirmation, the order will only go to production after the artwork has been approved by the customer, 3 free changes. After the client's approval of the artwork, the product is sent to production, if the client wants to change it, he/she must bear the cost of the alteration and the material that has already been produced. The customer must carefully check all text information, spelling, names, dates, etc. We are not responsible for any errors. We don't send physical proof, just layout in a virtual way.
● None of the files created by Mrs. J paper, craft and design will be made available to the client. We don't just sell digital arts. We have copyrights on the products and files created, and we can use them on our website, social media, portfolios, showcases, for the purpose of publicizing our work and not requiring authorization from customers.
● Color/hue variations (around 15%) may occur between the submitted layout and the printed one, due to the printing method and the calibration of the monitor. There may also be a difference in color between products due to the type of paper used, different papers have different final results.
► EXCHANGE POLICY
● Exchange of defective product: Before delivery, all products are checked, but if your order is still defective, please do not hesitate to contact us. The request to exchange the defective product must be communicated within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt. After this period, there are no more exchanges or returns. The product must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by all its accessories (if any), without signs of use and without any damage.
● Exchange in case of receipt of a product different from the one requested: If you receive a product different from the one requested, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product so that we can arrange the exchange
► SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Personal data provided by customers such as address, payment and order content will only be used for processing orders, and will not be disclosed under any circumstances.
