Such a fun welcoming couple with the most infectious energy. I loved creating their statement lapel pieces – big, bold and full of personality, just like them!

With a quick change of weather plans the beautiful Coast Port Beach backdrop made everything come together perfectly.

I absolutely loved working with these two, and the gorgeous welcome I received that morning honestly made my day!

Meet Peter, the newest member of the Ruby & Dulcie team… and apparently our new Foreman. 😂🐾

He’s only been on the job five minutes and he’s already supervising everyone, checking the flowers and taking far too many smoko breaks. He will be working along side Taddy to make sure everything runs smoothly in the new studio.

To everyone who took the time to vote for Ruby & Dulcie in the Wedding Industry Awards thank you so much. Your support truly means the world to me.

This is my first year being out on my own as Ruby & Dulcie, so to be recognised and supported in this way feels incredibly special. It’s been a big year of building the business, creating beautiful weddings, meeting wonderful couples and finding my feet under a new name.

A huge thank you also goes to all of my amazing vendor friends who have supported me along the way. For the encouragement, the advice, the recommendations, sharing my work and sending couples my way — I appreciate every single one of you. The wedding industry really is a community, and I feel very lucky to have such a great group of people around me. Congrats to all of my vendor friends that won tonight your all stars in my eyes.

And of course, to all of my beautiful couples who trusted me to be part of such an important day — thank you. Without you, Ruby & Dulcie wouldn’t be where it is today.

When I woke up this morning to a message from Joanna Horridge to say that Dolly had gone I was pretty devastated. I’ve grown up on Dolly’s music and know nearly all of her songs off by heart. I’ve danced around the kitchen a million times with my kids when they were little to her music. There’s not a time in my life that her music wasn’t around. I was lucky enough to see her in concert 3 times, once with Kenny Rogers & twice on her own with my beautiful friend Shazza Sharon Buonvecchi We both will miss her dearly she was our absolute idol. Out of all of her songs this one is my favorite. RIP Dolly Nothing holds a candle to you 💔
