🌟A heartfelt welcome to Sandy Harvey, our new CEO at WestAus Crisis & Welfare Services 🌟
We are so pleased to welcome Sandy into the WestAus family. With more than 25 years of senior executive leadership across corporate and community sectors, Sandy brings a wealth of experience, creativity and care to our organisation.
Her journey has been shaped by diverse roles including leading a not-for-profit in the Pilbara and running her own retail and home styling business. Sandy’s expertise spans project management, procurement, finance, human resources, banking, community development, events and small business leadership. She understands the importance of innovation and collaboration in driving meaningful change and improving outcomes for those we serve.
Sandy is deeply passionate about community and has been actively involved in local organisations throughout her career. She believes in working closely with teams and like-minded groups to extend impact and build lasting connections.
As we welcome Sandy, we also acknowledge Lynn & Albert Rodgers and their vision and commitment to WestAus. We are proud today that West Aus is a place of refuge, dignity and hope for those facing crisis in the Peel region.
Sandy joins us with a clear and compassionate vision for the future. Together, we look forward to continuing our mission to provide crisis support, housing assistance, tenancy advocacy and food relief with dignity, respect and heart.
