We seek to unearth beautiful pieces that are unique in their workmanship and story, and are committed to supporting centuries of traditional methods of production by artisans around the world. rawn to the richness and history of the Berber culture and people, the journey began in the souks of Marrakesh. The magic of the souk, the heat of the desert, the vastness of the landscape, the food, the smells and the incredible artistry which has been passed down through centuries. The excitement of unearthing the treasures within an Aladdin's cave. Now Tigmi Trading is excited to share a collection of treasures from all around the world. This collection represents a discovery of love. Each rug, object and artwork are carefully selected for their uniqueness, beauty and function and carries with it a story and meaning to the people that create it. And so that story travels to the new home and adds richness and history to a space already full of warmth and intrigue. This ethos is carried through to all the products that are available - the one criteria is that they are all made and passed on with love.

A masterclass in thoughtful layering. Lucy collaborated with Founder and Creative Director of Tigmi Danielle and the Tigmi design team to bring a soulful, eclectic vision to her Brisbane heritage home.

Designed by the contemporary extension serves as the perfect canvas for Tigmi’s signature curation: a blend of rare vintage finds, custom-made treasures and contemporary silhouettes. Rendered in Lucy's iconic neutral palette, the result is a space that speaks her unique visual language; refined, intentional and perfectly tuned to the rhythm of modern family life.

Why we mix vintage with contemporary.

At the core of the Tigmi design ethos is a love for pieces that age gracefully. We believe that incorporating artisanal, one-of-a-kind vintage objects brings a necessary provenance and character to modern spaces.

Working alongside the owner within this incredible build, our design service focused on curating key pieces to soften and elevate the home's strong structural lines.

Some of our favourite pieces include a rare, oak and metal dining table by Spanish designer Jaume Rocamora, a French pressed-metal coffee table and iconic brutalist sculptures that bring warmth and soul to the space.

Introducing our latest Design Studio project, Ronnoco Farm, Coopers Shoot.⁠

Designed by architect Polly Harbison with interior curation by Tigmi, the residence is grounded in basalt, timber and landscape, conceived as a series of terraced stone forms that rise from the ridge rather than sit upon it. The architecture is both robust and restrained, shaped by permanence, protection and an openness to light, views and the shifting hinterland environment.⁠

Tigmi worked closely within this architectural framework to develop interiors that complement its strength, layering vintage and contemporary pieces with a restrained palette and natural materiality. Tigmi rugs ground each space, bringing depth, tactility and cohesion throughout the home.⁠
