I'm a vegan environmentalist who found in art a way to cope with chronic pain. I've been working on paintings to raise money for animal rescue centres (pets, farm animals, and wildlife). The price of each painting is divided into a very small portion for my art supplies, a donation for a foundation working with animal rescue and rehabilitation, and shipping costs. I hope you like it and we can together spread some love!

Hello all, I have been away a lot and so haven’t posted much lately (many things going on). But this is a special post. My soul-cat turned 8 years old this week, and I love him so much I wanted to celebrate his life and all his health journey, which hasn’t been easy. Lately though he has been stable and I’m so grateful for that, so I decided to finally finish the series to support Adopt Me Kittens, who does amazing work rescuing and rehabilitating cats in Cairns. We adopted our previous boy and our current girl from them. She was rescued as a senior and in horrible shape but she’s been doing great and is full of life thanks to them giving her a chance. Photo of our orange duo below.
So, this is to celebrate our kitties and show appreciation for all the groups who are out there taking them off the streets and out of a life of suffering, to give them a chance to have a family and be loved no matter their age. If you also love cats and would like to support their work, just have a look at the new products on my Etsy store. And please help spread the word! "Freedom of the lambs" is a piece I made to support . They rescue and care for farm animals, and have many special sheep under their care. Karma, for example, is a guy who was terribly hurt, and his healing journey has been very challenging but inspiring, he is a fighter. I think of him all the time and can't wait to see him fully healed enjoying life. 🧡

Did you know that cows are incredible beings? They are gentle, sensitive, and make strong bonds. They love their kids and have best friends. They also like to play just the same as dogs, and love music. I love them and want to see them free and happy.

Mother's day also reminds me of all non-human mothers who are tortured, exploited, and have their babies taken away from them just so humans can add milk to their coffee or a 15min taste pleasure. It's heartbreaking and we can do much better as humanity.

Today I found out that the , the only vegan cow sanctuary in Ireland, urgently needs to relocate as their farm land has been massively impacted by severe flooding. It's saddening to see and I want to help them. So I selected two pieces from my favourites, "How many lives does a tree witness?" and "Witnesses of water", and will sell their prints through my Etsy Store. We just need a big movement to help the sanctuary, and I know that we collectively can make a difference. So vegan friends please help me spread the word?

Hello everyone, it's been a while since my last post (we are settling into the new place), but I am getting back to painting and will add some more pieces soon.

I just have some happy news: my online store is now available! The first collection is for "Blumhen", the watercolour floral hen. You will find mugs, ecobags, large prints, and even clothes! There are also products with the "Chickens are friends" piece, including mugs and kids clothes! All proceeds will go to NSW Hen Rescue as they are really needing funds at the moment. There is also a special "Mother Hen" mug for mother's day.
