It's time to move some pretties 🌸

Been a lil quieter this week, not unusual post Valentine's Day when half of Cairns probably has flowers in their homes!!

So I'm making room in the cooler for new stock arriving tomorrow, I hit play on a study webinar and whipped up some bargains!

I feel like i'm caught between two incredible worlds lately.

Loving every second of running Stella from our private studio, out and about doing deliveries where today, I was more excited to see this hydrangea thriving in a flower recipients garden than I was to hand over her birthday flowers!!

And also my other secret world of study of neurodevelopmental movement therapies.

I finished deliveries and went straight to a Cafe to meet a 'Touch for Health' Kinesiology study buddy, and 6 hours just flew on by. Completely immersed in this 'other world'

Driving home, I had a pinch me moment... how lucky am I to do 2 of my favourite things every day... and that maybe I don't have to choose just 1 path... for now anyway!

Noticing. Simply noticing the little things around me, like this hydrangea growing in the middle of Cairns... that's the biggest gift I've received from my study journey so far.

Slowing down, being present, and noticing x
