A special project for us - our first solo commercial space.

What began as an open shell has been carefully shaped into a refined hub for Champions In Real Estate, with a sweeping curved wall and ceiling-height windows flooding the space with natural light. A foliage-inspired wallpaper gently introduces colour upon entry, softening the monochrome palette white remaining true to the brands minimal aesthetic.

Layered textures — from .bylaminex VJ panelling, fabrics, Bottega Oak cabinetry — bring depth, warmth and quiet sophistication throughout the workspace.

In the boardroom, director and meeting offices, a softly coloured checkered carpet underfoot introduces an elements of surprise upon entry, while simultaneously fostering a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere that balances professionalism with warmth, avoiding the sterility often associated with corporate environments.

The result is a professional yet welcoming environment designed for collaboration, connection and a little everyday ease.
