Position Vacant – ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE
The ideal candidate should confidently demonstrate the following. On the job training will be provided.
• Monday to Friday
• 09:00am – 3:00pm
Responsibilities
• Coordinate office activities and schedules
• Manage Phone Calls and correspondence via email.
• Meet and greet customers in the showroom.
• Create and update records and databases with personal and financial data with MYOB/XERO
• Use PRO100 drawing program.
• Prepare quotes and invoicing.
• Manage callender appointments.
• Other administrative duties.
Required
• MYOB or Xero experience.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Previous administrative role preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Verbal and written articulacy
• Professional discretion
• Efficiency
• Well-developed time management skills
• Strong organisational skills

We are seeking a local qualified cabinet maker/ installer to join our team at F&P Interiors.

Ideally the right candidate should confidently meet the following attributes.

• Ability to read drawings and question variables.
• Cutting and joining timber/materials to plans.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing the workmanship.
• Able to follow written instructions and work to a high level of accuracy.
• Construct and assemble cabinet components.
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Using computer aided design programs (CNC Machine)

A full driver's license and own tools are essential.
