...We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating with our clients. donors and friends,the commncement of the Chinese Heritage and Cultural Centre , a project that we have been working on for 10 years, to house the very significant collection of the Lit Sung Gong Temple , a temple, to celebrate All Gods,whose construction begun 150 years ago coinciding extraordinarily auspiciously on this Chinese New Year day,with the commencement of the $4m construction of the new home to celebrate and preserve this unique collection of artefacts from 1876 temple ....the same year that Cairns was created as township from the on the very accessible port and inlet on the land of the Gimuy .
Probably the only intact temple artefacts from 19th century
with builders .org.au

last 3 months and top floor slab completed

one month ago the first of a raft PT slab pour began.
3 weeks later 50% of the ground floor precast are in place and the second stage of the slab about to be poured , a total of 650 m3 of raft slab to avoid a grid of piers

....very proud to have provided for over 10 years, Gallery and the occasional Fashion show design services to CIAF in the Tanks, Cruise Terminal and now Convention Centre.
Huge congratulations to what a show ....that has grown to include all the arts venues across town.

THE SWEET TASTE OF DINING TOGETHER AGAIN, XMAS 2020

TPG Architects staff enjoyed a delicious Thai banquet for our Christmas celebration last night - and what a relief we can enjoy such a thing in this roller coaster of a year! The office will be closed from 24 December and kick off 2021 from January 11. Wishing all our friends, clients and colleagues a safe, connected and reflective festive season, ready to engage in a better year ahead.

PALM COVE RESIDENCE IN THE NEWS

A waterfront residence designed by TPG Architects came second in the Courier Mail’s list of ‘Top 50 Houses in Queensland’ last weekend. This luxurious residence in Palm Cove is a cantilevered design over a steep drop, taking advantage of stunning views of the Coral Sea. It’s no wonder the house came out on top, considering Cape Tribulation and Double Island are visible whilst doing laps in the infinity pool. Read the story via the link below:
