Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
Honey Garlic Sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium (see note)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp dried oregano
Crockpot Chicken and Vegetables
2 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
1 pound baby red potatoes
1 pound carrots, peeled
1 cup onions, chopped
1 pound green beans, trimmed
fresh parsley, chopped, for serving optional
salt and pepper to taste
Cornstarch Slurry (Optional)
2 tsp cornstarch
3 tsp water
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, oregano and ketchup.
Add the chicken thighs, potatoes, carrots and onions to a 4-6 quart slow cooker.
Pour the honey garlic sauce mixture evenly on top.
Cover the slow cooker and seal the lid. Cook on a LOW setting for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-3 1/2 hours (see note).
About 20 minutes before serving, add the green beans to the slow cooker and optional cornstarch slurry to the sauce.
Re-seal the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes more until the green beans are tender and the sauce is starting to thicken.
Remove the chicken and vegetables to serving plates using a slotted spoon. Optional: Broil the chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes to brown the skin.
Drizzle sauce on top of chicken and vegetables. Garnish with optional minced parsley.

Dump 4 ingredients into a slow cooker!
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 box of stuffing mix
1/2 cup of water
How To Make It:
Plop your chicken into the slow cooker. Then pour your broth on top of it. Next, place your soup, stuffing, and water into a bowl, mix it together and spoon it on top of your chicken.
Cook the ingredients on the low setting for seven hours. When you come back to your pot you’ll have a tasty moist chicken and the best stuffing you’ve ever had. Enjoy!
I used chicken thighs in this recipe. You can use any chicken you prefer, boneless or bone in. I also use 2 boxes of stuffing and double all the other ingredients. It’s SO good!

We call this recipe Lazy Taters. It's so cheap, so easy, and so good!
2 boxes au gratin or scalloped potatoes w/ sauce packets
2 cups hot water
2 cups milk
1 can cream of chicken
1 can of corn
Pkg of diced ham or a smoked sausage
Salt and pepper to taste. (I go heavier on the pepper and just a little salt to start as other ingredients already include salt.)
Throw in a cup of shredded cheese of any kind for extra cheesiness if you want.
I throw in a teaspoon or so of chicken Better than Bouillon if I have it.
Cook on high 4 hours. (Haven't tried it on low)

Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts with Gravy is the ultimate comfort food. Easy crockpot recipe for tender chicken and easy gravy made with cream of chicken soup.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
2 packets chicken gravy mix
1 1/4 cup Condensed Chicken Soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
3 whole chicken breasts , boneless skinless (about a pound)
1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
In slow cooker, whisk together the water, gravy packets, condensed chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, paprika and pepper until smooth
Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker and flip on both sides to coat well.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
When done, carefully remove chicken, shred or cut as desired.

Tonight's tea, first time trying oven bags in the s/c!
Chicken breast rubbed w/ a paste made from garlic, ginger, seeded wholegrain mustard and k***s of butter, garlic & herb potatoes and broccoli & carrots with k***s of butter and sea salt.
Fingers crossed it tastes ok, as I kinda made it up as I was going! Will get my other s/c out later and make a chocolate self saucing pudding for dessert!

Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Potato Soup
Ingredients
2 lbs (900g) chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 pound (450g) baby potatoes, halved
12 oz (340g) of cream cheese (a block and a half)
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups bone broth or water
2 cups baby Spinach
One 1-oz packet of Dry Ranch Seasoning mix (or make your own version – see note)
8 oz (220g) bacon crumbles
Instructions
How to make the slow cooker chicken soup:
1. Place 1 1/2 cup of liquid (bone broth or water) at the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the insert of the slow cooker.
3. Add cream cheese on top of the chicken breasts, along with cheddar cheese, potatoes, and seasonings.
4. Set the slow cooker and cook the chicken on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
5. Once the time is over, carefully remove the cooked chicken breasts from the slow cooker and shred them onto a plate using two forks.
6. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker. Stir in spinach and add the bacon crumbles. Give a quick stir and reheat until the spinach is wilted and the sauce is smooth. Let the ingredients sit for a few minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
7. Serve the slow cooker chicken potato soup warm and enjoy!

🔥 Slow-Cooked Porcupine Meatballs (Classic Recipe)
🍽️ Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
½ cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 can (10.5 oz / 300g) tomato soup (or 1¼ cups tomato sauce + ¼ cup water)
½ cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for sweetness)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, for depth)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Mix Meatballs:
In a bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked rice, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently — don’t overwork it.

Form Balls:
Roll into 1½-inch meatballs (about golf-ball size). You should get 16–20.

Slow Cook:

Place meatballs in slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, whisk together tomato soup, water, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs.
Cook Low & Slow:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours, or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until rice is tender and meatballs are cooked through.

Serve:
Spoon over mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, or rice. Garnish with parsley if you’re fancy 😉

💡 Pro Tips:
For extra flavor, sauté the onions before mixing into the meat.
Swap beef for turkey or a beef/pork blend.
Add a dash of garlic powder or smoked paprika for a kick.
Freeze extras — they reheat beautifully!

Slow-Cooker Jalapeño Popper Chicken (Sandwich / Dip / Taquito Filling)

Hands-on time: 10 min
Slow-cook time: 3½–4 h on LOW
Yield: 6–8 main-dish servings (or ~20 small taquitos)

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ tsp each garlic powder & onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp white pepper (or black)
- Salt to taste
- 3–4 fresh jalapeños, diced small (reserve a few rings for garnish)
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, cubed
- ⅓ cup bottled ranch dressing (not dry mix)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby-Jack, or pepper-Jack), divided
- Optional toppers: crumbled bacon, sliced green onion, extra jalapeño rings

DIRECTIONS:
1. Layer – Put chicken in a 5-qt (or larger) slow cooker. Sprinkle with all the spices. Scatter diced jalapeños and cream-cheese cubes on top.
2. Cook – Cover and cook on LOW 3½–4 h (or HIGH 2–2½ h) until chicken reaches 165 °F.
3. Shred & Stir – Shred the hot chicken right in the pot with two forks. Add ranch and 1½ cups shredded cheese; stir until everything is creamy and combined.
4. Finish – Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese (and bacon if using) over the surface, lay on a few reserved jalapeño rings, cover again, and let stand on WARM 5-10 min until the cheese melts.
5. Serve – Spoon onto hamburger buns for sliders, roll into small tortillas and bake for taquitos, or serve as a dip with tortilla chips .

TIPS & SWAPS:
- Dial the heat: Remove jalapeño seeds/ribs for mild; swap in poblanos for very mild.
- Make-ahead: Refrigerate up to 4 days; reheat gently with a splash of milk. Freezing is not ideal because of the dairy.
- Extra smoky flavor: Stir in a spoon of chipotle purée or use smoked cheddar.
