At Ellis House, we’ve carefully considered lighting in every space - but nowhere is it more impactful than in the bathroom and shower. Here, recessed LED strip lighting provides more than enough illumination for daily function, while its soft, diffused glow transforms the space into something calmer and more atmospheric.

At Luker House, we’ve used recessed natural Tassie oak skirting to create a clean, seamless transition between wall and floor. By setting the skirting back, the walls read as lighter and more refined, allowing the architecture and materials to speak without interruption.

Recessed skirting protects walls while maintaining crisp lines, enhances the sense of space, and elevates the overall finish. A subtle but considered design detail that reflects our commitment to thoughtful, timeless interiors.
