Honoured to represent Filipino architects in Australia and New Zealand at the NZIA InSitu Conference and Commonwealth Association of Architects General Membership Meeting.
It was an inspiring few days of conversations around the future of our profession — from AI and social architecture to housing, sustainability, and the role of architects in shaping more inclusive and resilient communities.
Sharing the stories and experiences of Filipino architects abroad was a privilege. Our journey is shaped by our heritage, enriched by global experiences, and strengthened by the diverse communities we now call home.
The NZIA & CAA Gala Night was a wonderful celebration of architecture, friendship, and collaboration — connecting with fellow architects, leaders from across the Commonwealth, and celebrating the achievements of our profession.
It was great to reconnect with our UAP Australia and New Zealand members through our Auckland catch-up and partnership meeting. As a chapter spanning two countries and multiple states, listening to our members and strengthening our community remain at the heart of what we do.
