In August, my best friend Ali went to the ED thinking she had food poisoning.
It was stage 4 gastric cancer.

Ali is 12 years of Thursday morning gym sessions. She’s Fletcher’s mum. She’s my person. And now her focus is on building memories and setting up her 4-year-old son’s future.

I can’t fix this. 17 years as a nurse and none of it matters here. But I can sew—so that’s what I’m doing.

Every scrub top I make, every stitch from our Canberra sewing bees, raises funds for Fletcher’s future. 100% of profits go directly to him.
