Sorry if I’ve been a bit quiet on socials lately, I’ve had a lot going on and sometimes just need to step back, recharge and reset. I’m not quite back yet, but I’m getting there.

In the meantime, I wanted to share with you all this custom memorial heart I created this past week. It’s a little bit different to the norm, as this will be placed in the coffin and buried with the owner, rather than displayed. The leaves and roses were picked from her garden.

Unfortunately, due to the tight timeframes, I wasn’t able to incorporate full flowers from the garden as they couldn’t be pressed and dried in time. Usually, these pieces can take 4-6 weeks to create. Fortunately in this instance, I was able to work with the family to create something with the materials and timeframes we had 💖
