Established in 1977 in Kingston it is now 44 years Sew Simple has served Canberra and the wider region. We have the largest workshop in Canberra, we are the Platinum Level service centre for Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff products in the southern region. We service all brands of domestic and industrial and embroidery sewing machines. Our staff have continious sewing classes and clubs running to assist the clients with their puchases.

We need to put this out there

From Tuesday we as a small business used to be able to pass on the cost of merchant fees not all of it just some. An average merchant fee can be anywhere from 0.8% + 30c to 2% +30c.
This means if you buy a sewing machine from us we pay somewhere between $45 to $250 on the transaction.

This essentially can be per month a member of our staffs wage as a bill for us. Yes that's right anywhere from $3000 to $6000 per month or more. As what we offer as products are largely at a advertised price by the distributors and other stores it's hard for us to adjust prices to accommodate the laws changes

Even though it takes time for us to bank the cash each week we gladly will take whatever cash you're willing to use. From here on out for every machine purchased over $1500 that you pay for in CASH only we will provide a token discount for our appreciation to supporting us to combat merchant fees
