Elemental Connection have a rare opportunity to join our team as an in – store shop assistant. We are currently seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about exceeding customer expectations as well as further developing their own personal skills and qualifications. This position is a full-time position with applicants needing to be able to work some weekends.
In your new role, some of the daily tasks will include answering to customer queries, general housekeeping of the store, preparing online orders and day to day general operating of the store, Social Media Campaigns and Online Marketing tasks.
About you:
• Must be reliable
• Some knowledge of crystals
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• The ability to develop and execute social media plans to reach new and existing audiences
• Current drivers’ licence
