On my plate today 🥑🥬
Opened a jar of my Apple, red cabbage & carrot kraut, I put cayenne, medjool dates, finger lime, Celtic sea salt & Chondrus crispus (Irish sea moss) think I'll call it Medikraut.😍 Paired with my Ceylon cinnamon & fresh green Apple Kombucha. Love food medicine
