This veg bake was a winner - very well received! Cutter came into its own - super quick and satisfying 🤩 Still takes a bit of time arranging slices in layers but no chopping and having nice even-slices is great for those perfectionists amongst us! 😘 I added in a leek layer, some cashews and lots of herbs and seasoning. This vegan and gluten-free Sticky Date Pudding (with very little refined sugar or flour and no oil) has been on my ‘to do list’ for months. I finally made it yesterday and was simple in Thermie and yummy - yay! 🤩 I am super happy!

I finally unboxed my Cutter and used it for the first time. Very happy with grated carrot for some sauerkraut - certainly reduced prep time and was extremely satisfying how quick and easy it was. (Great that thermomix made some improvements based on our use of the prototype) I also liked how easy it was to clean, and I love that thermomix bowl stays clean during use - and especially love that didn’t have to risk grated fingers and nails! 🤣🥰
