Arjunolic Acid? Say what? Exotic timber like Brushbox has up to 10% of this extractable. A normal water base sealer won't stop this Acid causing all types of issues. primaseal plus is an alcohol sealer designed with this in mind. Other timbers to be aware of is Spotted Gum, Tallowood, and even some Cypress floors.
